RS. Life History Self-completion

The self-completion questionnaire can be used as a tool to provide privacy in a two person household. This questionnaire has two sets of closed questions: relationship with parents and difficult life events, and an open question at the end which asks the respondent to write about 3 important events in their lives using their own words.
